It is located 57 kilometres (35 mi) east of Manila, although a typical commute between Manila and Tanay will take between one and three hours depending upon traffic conditions. It contains portions of the Sierra Madre Mountains and is bordered by Antipolo in the north-west, Baras, Morong and Teresa in the west, General Nakar (Quezon Province) in the east, and Pililla, Santa Maria (Laguna province) as well as the lake Laguna de Bay in the south.

It is the epicenter of the Tanay Tagalog dialect, which has the deepest modern Tagalog words in the Tagalog language and is the only endangered Tagalog dialect.

Ride Out - Let's get Physical

Everest - The most dangerous thing you can do in life is play it safe. Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you’re climbing it

Sierra Madre Tanay Rizal, All good things are wild and free. “A little more altitude, a little less attitude”

LA Francos Veranda, Good food is the foundation of happiness.

Lunch time, First, we eat. Then, we do everything else. If you combine good flavors, food turns into an orchestra.

At the top of Tanay Rizal. The best view comes after the hardest climb. It’s not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves. How wild it was to let it be.
